Washington Mutual Says Bankruptcy Court Approves Disclosure Statement

Washington Mutual Inc. (WAMUQ.PK) announced that the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware has approved the disclosure statement filed in connection with the Company's proposed Seventh Amended Joint Plan of Affiliated Debtors Pursuant to Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
