Seit Tagen bombardieren einige iHubber die US-News mit dieser Info: Der Deal ist noch garnicht abgeschlossen !! Und endlich greift PSBJ die Info auf und prangert es öffentlich an. Leider fehlen die weitergehenden Fragen wie: Warum konnte Chase die Wamu OHNE Rechtssicherheit assimilieren ? Warum wurde das P&A prolongiert ? Ist es wegen der fehlenden Evaluation ? Geht es um die Kosten die aus den (mittlerweile absolut sicheren) Claims entstehen ? Opponiert die 2. Reihe der FDIC gegen S.Bair und den gesamten 1,9 Mrd.-Deal ?
